　　1. Sewing bonding:

　　This is a relatively strong bonding method, but the sewing thread is easily damaged. Sewing bonding is usually applied to PVC coated polyester filament fabrics simultaneously with heat sealing bonding to obtain greater strength. If used outdoors, the sewn bonding should be protected with a PVC covering. Sewn bonding is not suitable for PTFE coated fiberglass fabrics and all other brittle base fabrics.

　　2. Heat bonding:

　　Hot welding is to heat the bonding seam, melt the coating on the upper layer of the fabric, and then apply pressure to cool the bonding seam. Hot air can be blown onto the membrane material, or the membrane material can be in contact with a heated object, or the membrane material can obtain the corresponding heat through high-frequency electromagnetic waves. Heating and bonding are used for PVC coated polyester filament fabrics and PTFE coated fiberglass fabrics. For PTFE coated fiberglass fabrics, because PTFE itself cannot melt, different materials need to be used in the inner layer.

　　3. Mechanical bonding:

　　Although sewing and heat sealing have been widely used in film processing workshops, mechanical bonding is also sometimes used. Mechanical bonding usually has three forms:

　　1. Bury ropes at the edges of the two diaphragms and clamp plates at the overlapping part of the two diaphragms. This clamp plate is required to be discontinuous and movable.

　　2. Bury ropes at the edges of the two diaphragms, and embed the two buried ropes into an aluminum clamp plate with two openings (like a dumbbell lying horizontally). The aluminum bonding plate is also discontinuous. This bonding method has poor waterproof performance.

　　3. A simple method is to arrange many diaphragms in a row and fix them. This is a relatively simple and quick installation method, but it is not waterproof.
